Giuliana Rancic may have vowed to stay with Bill Rancic, despite sickness and health, until death, but let’s just say she’s taking that as a starting point. On “Bill and Giuliana: The Podcast,” the E! News alum shared that if anything ever happened to her beloved husband, she would never marry again (and for the record, neither would he). Fans of ‘Giuliana & Bill’ were probably over the moon when the famous couple launched the show in May 2026, and we have no doubt that reality TV lovers were even more thrilled when Dr. Terry Dubrow and his own wife, Heather Dubrow, appeared in it.
Things got especially tense towards the end of their episode, when the “Real Housewives of Orange County” alum asked if the Rancics had ever talked about what would happen if one of them died. Bill didn’t skip a beat, declaring, “I would never remarry again,” (via Instagram). His wife was on the same page, confirming, “Me neither.” However, she added a nice side: “I will never find anyone as wonderful as Bill. Like, he is so honest and loyal, and I love everything about him.” Of course, they love to joke around (see: Giuliana and Bill’s interviews even before they started dating).
The businessman further joked that he saw no point in remarrying as he had no intention of having any more children (Bill and Giuliana share son Duke), he can date. Cue Giuliana, who interjected with, “Huh? And do what?” But after Bill stammered that they could see a movie, she reassured him, “I’m just kidding.” Hopefully the famous couple never have to face that, but even if they did, everyone who came along would clearly have some very big shoes to fill.
Giuliana and Bill Rancic are clearly in it for the long haul
Considering how common breakups are in showbiz, Giuliana and Bill Rancic stand out as a couple that has actually stayed together for the long haul. In fact, during a performance op “On Air with Ryan Seacrest,” to promote “Bill and Giuliana: The Podcast,” Bill even pointed that out. “Twenty years in Hollywood years, that’s a hundred,” he joked. The ‘Apprentice’ winner also discussed the Rancics’ commitment to their marriage in one E! News interview prior to the podcast’s launch. “We are not quitters (…) Unless it was infidelity or something absolutely catastrophic, there is no problem we cannot overcome,” he shared. Bill also noted that they had been through a lot over the years, including Giuliana’s tragic health problemsand checked it out.
“We’ve been through breast cancer, infertility and other things we’ve dealt with in life, and you either let it break you or you let it make you stronger,” he claimed. Amen to that! FWIW, Giuliana added that Bill made it clear to her early in their marriage that they would be together forever, sharing that after an argument that led to her giving him the silent treatment, he reasoned, “Well, you’re going to have to talk to me at some point because I’m not going anywhere.” You’re stuck with me for the rest of your life.’
As the former co-host of Fashion Police argued: “I knew that, right? Like, we just got married. But (…) it’s really nice to hear someone say that to you.” Two decades later and forever to go, it’s safe to say the Rancics’ relationship is rock solid, for life (and then some).
