
Jane Seymour is happy aging without any help.
The 75-year-old alumnus of “Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman” reveals her secret to aging naturally is as simple as “no lasers” and “no fillers.”
“That’s just the way it is,” she said exclusively to Page Six 2026 Songwriters Hall of Fame Gala earlier this month, admitting that she’s “not trying to be 30 at 75.”
“I mean, maybe 60 would be nice,” she quipped.
“I play a lot of older women,” Seymour said. “And the truth is, for me personally, the kind of acting I do is not about glamour, it’s about serious emotion, and for real authentic emotion, you need every muscle to work.”
The former Bond girl also shared that she is the happiest she has ever been, celebrating various milestones in her career and personal life.
“I’m on a show I love very much, ‘Harry Wild,’ my fifth season,” he said. “Who has a series when they’re 75? Nobody. I’m starting a great film in Australia later this year, I’ve got a one-woman art show in New Jersey, my family is great, I’m surrounded by music.”
Seymour debuted a new collection of watercolor paintings in the “Vibrant Visions and Healing Hearts” exhibition at the Ocean Gallery in Stone Harbor, NY, June 12–14.
Amidst her professional accomplishments, Seymour is also celebrating She recently got engaged to singer-songwriter John Zambetti After three years of dating.
Elsewhere on the red carpet, the Emmy winner told Us Weekly, “Someone decided they wanted to be with me for the rest of my life. My singer-songwriter.”
Seymour told Page Six that Zambetti “is still writing music and now I’ve become his inspiration. So now I have a singer-songwriter in my house, which is amazing.”
This will be Seymour’s fifth walk down the aisle.
She was previously married to theater director Michael Attenborough from 1971 to 1973, author Geoffrey Planer from 1977 to 1978, business manager David Flynn from 1981 to 1992, and actor James Keech from 1993 to 2015.
