Jelly Roll is back on the market.
Bunnie Xo revealed in Thursday’s episode of her podcast ‘Dumb Blonde’ that her estranged husband – who filed for divorce in May – is already playing on the field again and has her full support.
“He’s ready – excited and ready to go,” Bunnie, 46, noted as he spoke at length about the divorce. “He’s been all on testosterone, I can tell you. He’s even started dating.”
However, the podcaster emphasized that dating Jelly again is “amazing,” adding, “I love that.”
“His DMs are open,” she told her listeners, urging them to scroll to his Instagram posts.
“Daddy Roll is probably in his prime, right? I mean, the man looks great. He feels like himself. He looks so good. He’s healthier than he’s ever been,” Bunnie noted, adding that her estranged husband is “a god.”
“J is a little lover and he loves to cuddle and he loves to cuddle,” she told her audience.
Bunnie also stated that fans shouldn’t worry too much about her own dating prospects as she feels like she’d rather work on herself for now.
“Don’t worry about your girl. She’s fine here,” Bunnie said. “The crazy thing is, I’m not even ready to hook up with a guy yet. I’m ready to just focus on myself, pour into myself.”
“But my husband is ready for a date,” she continued, before turning her attention to future love interests. “If you come with respect, don’t be sneaky and don’t lie about anything, I will welcome you with open arms.”
“I don’t want to offend anyone, but I think he wants the opposite of me right now, and that’s what he deserves,” Bunnie further clarified. “He wants to settle down, but I’m like, ‘J, you just got out of a ten-year relationship.’ I’m like, ‘Go play on the f–king field, bro. Like, this is your time to shine. Do it. ”
The couple’s news bomb divorce next 10 years of marriage broken on Monday.
The 41-year-old Grammy winner was the one who filed the papers on May 18, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split, Page Six confirmed.
The country singer filed for divorce in Williamson County, Tennessee, where he and the podcast host lived together.
“J and I have never really been good at having disagreements. So we were the type of couple that never argued. So he would keep things inside. I would keep things inside, and that’s a recipe for disaster,” Bunnie said on Thursday’s podcast episode.
“We always preach that you should be comfortable with uncomfortable conversations, and we did that for eight years,” she added. “Over the past year and a half, we’ve gotten away from that a little bit, because we’re living in a different life now.”
Bunny revealed their final argument went on Mother’s Day and it led to her telling him to “file the king’s divorce papers.”
