“The most recent physical incident occurred on June 3 when (she) punched my face and injured my neck and ear,” Sandoval wrote by filing.
“During the same incident, Mr Robinson grabbed me and punched a hole of approximately 30cm in my guest bedroom door where I barricaded myself,” he continued.
“I suffered a bruise near my temple and brow ridge and was bleeding from my ear and neck as a result of the blow Robinson gave me that night,” Sandoval claimed, adding that persistent pain in his mouth prompted him to “go to the ER for evaluation.”
The ‘Traitors’ alum also said he “deeply regretted” Victoria’s mother’s phone call from jail and allegedly borrowed her bail money.
