Jeff Lewis shed new light on the revenge porn case in return for Kelly Dodd on Monday’s episode of his radio show.
Weeks after the 50 year old Real Housewives of Orange County It was said to be alum face a prison sentence for allegedly taking photos and sharing images of a woman masturbating and having sex without her consent, causing the unnamed woman “severe emotional distress,” the first Expand star shared what he knew about the material.
“(The charges are) complete and utter nonsense. The district attorney has not suggested that at all,” Kelly told Jeff, 56, on the June 22 episode of SiriusXM. Jeff Lewis Live. “That’s not even what happened. Not at all. And I plead not guilty. And I know my attorney has said these charges will be dismissed.”
From then on, Jeff weighed in with his own story.
“I always think it’s like revenge porn if you record someone without their consent, or if you take pictures without their consent and distribute them, and I’m sure (Kelly) didn’t do any of that,” he stated.
Jeff then asked Kelly if it was possible that the woman in question had sent the images and footage to her.
“I can’t talk about it,” she replied. “I have a gag order.”
Jeff went on to say that the person “took a picture of himself (and) sent it to Kelly,” and Kelly confirmed that “Jeff had known about” the incident since last year.
“This happened last June, by the way,” Kelly clarified.
Kelly also said “Mm-hm” when comedian Jamie Kennedy56, asked whether anyone could get in trouble for being in possession of a photo even if someone sent it to him, describing the idea as “crazy.”
“That’s why it’s rejected,” Jeff replied.
Kelly also admitted in the radio show feeling purposeful.
“This is so crazy how this crap is happening to me, in the strangest way. I don’t understand it. I don’t understand it. I just feel like there’s a black cloud hanging over me,” she explained.
