In 2025, during our interview with Sunday In, Gianluca Gazzoli he confessed that he has been fighting a complex heart disease for years. In the conversation he recalled every moment of the disease, reflecting on the first symptoms. “I was in pain, you could see it because I was going down to the ground. At that point I couldn’t hide it anymore. At the beginning I didn’t say it because I thought it wasn’t there, I was in denial.” he said, explaining how he initially reacted.

“These pathologies are not discovered immediately, I was lucky because, after many tests, we discovered it”he confessed, reporting all the vitricular arrhythmias that were diagnosed in his adolescence.
