Lisa Armstrong has finally cut all ties with her ex-husband Ant McPartlin as he recently sold their marital home. While it’s now been eight years since their messy divorce in 2018, the “last link” between the former couple has officially been severed.
The grand five-bedroom west London property, which Lisa and Ant bought for £2.3 million in 2006, has been on the market for more than two years. While the make-up artist accepted a low offer for the property, it was sold for £3.2 million, subject to contract.
Since her divorce from Ant almost a decade ago, Lisa had been renting out the property before finally deciding to put it on the market. However, they suffered misfortune in September 2023 when a fire caused damage worth over £1 million to the house.
After the stress of fixing up the house, Lisa is reportedly excited to move on to her life completely without memories of the past. A source told mirror She is “glad that the remnants of her marriage are finally gone.”

The property also includes a gym and cinema room, as well as an 80ft south facing rear garden with its own garden studio. The initial listing price of the property in May 2024 was £4 million.
Lisa and Ant divorced in January 2018, just two months after the I’m a Celebrity presenter crashed into two other cars while being more than twice the drink-drive limit. At the time he was fined £86,000 and given a 20-month driving ban.
After the accident, the 50-year-old took a break from TV for 10 months and went into rehab for alcohol and prescription drug dependency.
He is now married to his former assistant Anne-Marie Corbett, 46, with whom he has a son, Wilder, born on May 14 last year.
Following the divorce, Lisa is said to have received a £31 million settlement from Ant, allowing her to build an impressive property portfolio.
Over the years she has bought a £3.8 million house in west London and another house near Oxford worth more than £700,000.
While their marital home was the last link between the former couple, they reportedly last saw each other in February when their shared dog Hurley passed away.
Hurley, who was 12, was at the center of a custody battle during Lisa and Ant’s divorce. It was reported that either Lisa or her mother would meet with Ant to exchange the dog as part of their shared custody agreement.
According to Lisa’s friends, Hurley’s death left her “beyond heartbroken”, with Ant reportedly rushing to meet Lisa at the vet on the day Hurley was put down.
At the time, a source said: “One thing they both loved was the dog. The dog brought them together and was like an anchor.
“Lisa got really hurt by the ant, but they were able to make it to the vet’s office. It was a truce.”
