House of Guinness returns for a second season!

On Friday (June 12) Variety reported that the series based on the famous brewing family has been renewed by Netflix for another season.

The series “explores an epic story inspired by one of Europe’s most famous and enduring dynasties: the Guinness family.”

Set in 1860s Ireland, season one focuses “on the power-hungry heirs of the beer dynasty following the death of their patriarch, brewing magnate Sir Benjamin Guinness, as they attempted to take over and expand the alcoholic empire he had built.”

Including the cast Anthony Boyle, Louis Partridge, James Norton, Fionn O’SheaAnd Emily Fairn.

While you’re talking to Irish mirror shortly after season one premiered in September 2025, creator Stefan Knight said he planned to give the series an a Peaky blinders-style extension.

“We’re going to do seasons two, three and four… we’re going to do this all the way back to the 1960s,” Knight manifested at that time.

Season two of House of Guinness is expected to begin production in early 2027.
