Melissa Gorgas daughter Antonia Gorgaconfirmed that she had a nose job on social media on Wednesday.
Apparently admitting she had been on the fence about going under the knife, Antonia, the 20-year-old daughter of the 47-year-old Real Housewives of New Jersey star and her husband, Joe Gorga51, posted a video of herself before and after plastic surgery.
“Girl don’t do it. It’s not worth it,” said a voice when Antonia was seen before surgery. Then, as another voice said, “I don’t want to do it, girl. I just thought about it. I don’t want to do it,” and later admitted, “I did,” she was seen wearing a bandage on and under her nose.

“Surprise,” she captioned the June 10 clip, tagging Dr. Sam Rizka double board certified facial plastic surgeon who specializes in deep plane facelifts, eye lifts, rhinoplasty and eyebrow lifts and has over 25 years of experience.
In comments, Melissa and Margaret Josephs59, responded.
“Oh my God! My baby is open and honest,” Melissa proclaimed.
“Excited for you! Not sure how you can get any more beautiful!!!” Marge added.
Jennifer Fessler57, also spoke out, writing: “Tonia! You went to the best of the best! I’m so excited for you, although I agree with Margaret, I can’t imagine you could be more beautiful.”
Seam RHONJ fans may recall that Jenn enlisted Dr. Rizk several years ago to her deep plane face lift and rhinoplasty.
