HOLLY Madison has shared in candid new comments that she has had a facelift – and revealed a list of other cosmetic procedures she has had.
“My bottom jaw line has been reshaped,” the Playboy alum said. Host Dr. Shelia Farhang told “I’m really happy I got it done,” she said during Wednesday’s episode of the “Derm Approved” podcast.
“I felt like after having kids, you know, I gained a lot of weight with my second pregnancy,” the model said, referring to her two children, Rainbow, 13, and Forest, 9.
“And there wasn’t anything I could do,” she said, gesturing near her jaw, including “lasers or anything that could actually do what I wanted to do.” So the model “found someone whose before and after work I really liked.”
Madison, 46, also said she didn’t want to go “too far” into the process and kept the work to a minimum.
She quipped, “I would like it not to go too far and then I can go back and maybe do it more instead of going too far, and I end up looking like the Joker.”
The “Girls Next Door” alum also shared that “if you look closely, you can totally see” she has visible scars in front of her ears, but said she doesn’t care about it.
“I’m quite open about it,” she said, noting that she has already discussed it on her podcast.
Madison shared that other cosmetic procedures include CO2 laser, IPL laser, and Botox under her eyes.

Still, she said, some procedures – including breast implants, which she has famously undergone – can be a “difficult thing to talk about.”
“For some people, it doesn’t work for whatever reason,” she explained elsewhere in the interview.
“Their body will reject the implants or they’ll get breast implant disease, or the surgery will kind of fail.”
The situation can motivate patients to “want to try again,” Madison said, noting that it can turn into a “sadly never-ending” quest.
The blonde revealed she had a hand rejuvenation procedure, which she bluntly labeled a “waste of money”.
