America has a new favorite fast food chain!
American Customer Satisfaction IndexNew rankings for 2026 are out and Chick-fil-A has been ousted from the top spot after leading the list for years. The study is based on more than 16,000 surveys that were completed between April 2025 and March 2026.
Chick-fil-A has been the leader for more than a decade, but this year it’s still in second place. It is also the top chicken chain of the year.
