Prince Harry And Meghan Markle reportedly felt “uneasy” about the dynamic relationship between Harry’s two cousins and Prince William. An insider claimed that Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie were apparently photographed at ex-Prince Phillip’s wedding. The heir to the throne reportedly greeted the two sisters warmly. For those unfamiliar, previous reports claimed that the Sussexes were counseling the princesses after Prince Andrew’s drama. Therefore, their close relationship with William seemed to raise questions.
The Sussexes are reportedly unsure what to make of a recent development
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle reportedly advised Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie during their difficult time. Due to ex-Prince Andrew’s situation, the sisters were also under media attention. The Sussexes reportedly mentored the two by sharing their experiences with the public as they left the royal palace in 2020. It seemed that the princesses were closer to Harry than any other royal member.
Recently, Heat world reported that Beatrice and Eugenie attended Prince Phillip’s wedding. Photos showed Prince William greeting his cousins warmly and exchanging cheek kisses. This latest development is said to have been “very disturbing” for Markle and Harry. A source claimed: “It’s clear the girls are doing everything they can to save their own skin and unfortunately that’s making Meghan and Harry quite uncomfortable. How can they trust them if they lie at William’s feet as soon as they get the chance?”
For those unfamiliar, the princesses’ father, Andrew, was stripped of his royal titles and duties last year due to past scandals. He also lost his forever home, Royal Lodge, and moved to the Sandringham estate. Meanwhile, Beatrice and Eugenie’s mother, Sarah Ferguson, also faced similar consequences and reportedly left the UK temporarily.
As a result, the two sisters also faced serious backlash, although their royal titles remained unchanged. However, the outlet mentioned that William reportedly wanted King Charles to strip their cousins of their titles as well.
The source stated that Eugenie and Beatrice’s alleged change in behavior towards William apparently hurt Harry. However, they added that the sisters “don’t see the situation as black and white. They appreciate Harry and Meghan’s concern, and they value their advice, but they are simply unwilling to follow them into exile; they still have too much to lose.”
