Michael Rubin’s annual White Party has become one of the most exclusive invitations in sports and entertainment, and according to a new report, not even $2 million is enough to secure a seat.
Fanatics’ CEO reportedly turned down an extraordinary offer from someone hoping to gain access to the invite-only event, reinforcing the idea that some experiences simply can’t be bought — regardless of the price tag.
Massive offer reportedly rejected
According to California Postsources close to hospitality entrepreneur Will Makris claimed that a member of Makris’ exclusive Zero Bond social club offered $2 million for two invitations to Rubin’s famous White Party.
The proposal allegedly included access for the individual and a guest.
Despite the staggering sum on the table, the request was allegedly rejected without serious consideration.
A source reportedly described the offer as something organizers laughed at, saying that attending Rubin’s annual celebration is truly “a thing that money can’t buy.”

One of the most exclusive guest lists in the world
Rubin’s White Party has developed a reputation as one of the hardest invitations to get.
Each year, only about 375 guests are reportedly invited to his sprawling Hamptons estate, where celebrities, athletes, musicians and business leaders gather for an all-white-themed celebration.
Past participants have included Tom Brady, Kim Kardashian, Drake, Livvy Dunne, Kendall Jenner, Travis Scott, Derek Jeter, Odell Beckham Jr. and Rob Gronkowski, among many others.
The exclusivity has only added to the mystique of the event, making invitations among the most coveted in celebrity circles.
Event schedule adjusted this year
The annual celebration typically coincides with the Fourth of July weekend.
This year, however, the party was reportedly moved to July 1 to avoid scheduling conflicts with other major events, including Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s reported wedding festivities, as well as the UFC’s White House event, originally scheduled around Independence Day.
According to reports, guests are expected to start arriving at the Hamptons on June 30, with Rubin planning to host a barbecue before the main party.
The White Party itself is expected to begin at 5pm on July 1 and continue until 6am the following morning.

A busy summer ahead for Rubin
Even after hosting one of the biggest celebrity gatherings of the year, Rubin won’t have much time to slow down.
Just weeks later, he will oversee Fanatics Fest in New York City, an event expected to feature appearances from sports superstars including LeBron James, Aaron Judge and Joe Burrow.
The festival has quickly become one of the marquee events on the sports business calendar.
