Tom Sandoval filed a restraining order against his girlfriend after she was arrested for allegedly assaulting him!
This is evident from court documents obtained by TMZ on Thursday the Vanderpump Rules alum claims Victoria Lee Robinson verbally and physically abused him after a night of drinking on June 3, leading to the end of their relationship. Sandoval claims they got into an argument when he noticed the model was filming him. This would have led to Victoria’s father, Will Robinsonwho lived with the couple, to intervene and become aggressive towards him, to the point where the reality star had to lock herself in a guest room for protection.

However, Sandoval claims that Will “punched a big hole” and put his face in the hole before smiling The radiant and said he would ruin it. He also allegedly lunged at Tom and put him in a bear hug that same night. Immediately afterwards, the Bravo personality claims that Victoria hit him so hard in the face and head that it blurred his vision. He adds in the documents, per Page six:
“I suffered a bruise near my temple and brow ridge and was bleeding from my ear and neck as a result of (Robinson) hitting me that night. The pain in my mouth lasted for two weeks, prompting me to visit the ER for evaluation.”
After the alleged attack, Sandoval says Victoria began recording to make herself look like the victim. The TomTom co-owner then called the police, and when officers arrived on the scene, they arrested Victoria. Page six reported that Leonardo DiCaprio‘s former “boyfriend” was bonded and released the same day after her arrest. She also had a hearing in court on Thursday.
Sandoval claims that everywhere their two-year relationshipVictoria abused him, including punching him in the face and throwing a full one Gatorade swearing at him, verbally abusing him, changing the passwords on his phone and social media and following him on a AirTag. He further claims that she told him he was a “damn loser” and that she could do much better than him.
Page six reported that since the alleged incident on June 3, Sandoval has claimed that Victoria and her father are still living in the rental home he pays for, and that he is “completely displaced.” He stayed in several hotels and at a friend’s home, but is now demanding that the couple leave his home:
“I have serious concerns for my safety and well-being and I need to regain access and control of my home, vehicle and belongings. I am requesting an immediate relocation order because I have a genuine fear of returning to the (residence) while (Robinson) and her father remain there and I have no alternative long-term accommodation.”
At this time, neither Victoria nor Tom have addressed the alleged attack. But a source confirmed that We weekly Thursday that the two are no longer together:
“They are separated. Tom has endured this abuse for many months. For the most part, Tom has supported Victoria and her father while Tom paid the rent and utilities. Victoria’s father has lived in the house for free. He has put up with far too much for too long.”
