Kristin Cavallari sashayed down miami swim week runway After trying specific wellness hacks.
“I don’t actually measure my weight, but I don’t think I lose weight on Chroma. That’s not the point. The point is to eliminate the bloating and look and feel your best,” Cavallari, 39, said on her Tuesday, June 23 episode of “Let’s Be Honest.” podcastReferring to a diet program rich in superfoods. “I notice it in my skin after five days on Chroma, even when I’m on Chroma, (I) do two…two coffee enemas at my house.”
Cavallari, in particular, found that undergoing a coffee enema before hitting the catwalk at the Ressa x Uncommon James show last month helped her look her best. (Cavalleri is the founder of jewelry and lifestyle brand Uncommon Gems.)
“Before walking down the runway in a bikini, how flat your stomach gets after a coffee enema, and the way it makes you feel so good,” she said about taking a couple of coffee enemas. “If everything is coming back into your gut and digestion and if your gut move your whole body And if you’re not having a bowel movement, that’s a problem. You need to detox. You need to get things out of your body, and a coffee enema will activate things.’
Coffee enemas are an alternative type of cleansing, where individuals inject caffeinated coffee and water into the colon through the rectum.
“You have to take really good quality coffee and you have like one cup of coffee and you fill the rest of the bag with water, but take filtered water,” Hills The alum offered advice to podcast listeners. “You guys can’t use tap water, because there’s all kinds of dirt in there.”
According to Cavallari, she “swears by coffee enemas.”

“I swear by them… (and) I probably do them four times a year,” the reality TV star explained. “I would like to do them more, but I see best results When you do one, you do two, but back-to-back (or) like days 4 and 5 on Chroma Detox. I mean, you can do these anytime in your normal life.
Cavallari added, “If I’m traveling or just feel like a little break from my routine, I also like to do a coffee enema.”
In addition to the coffee enema, Cavallari had laser skin tightening on his abdomen and neck before landing on the runway.
“I’m not crazy about lasers in general because I really think that at the end of the day, what matters to me is really protecting your skin barrier. If you’re constantly tearing it apart, there’s no point,” she admitted. “I’ve done a lot of lasers in my day, and I never really saw any results. … This laser, you’re in and out in 30 minutes for both the stomach and the neck, and the first time I did it, I went into it like, ‘This won’t do jack s***.’ I woke up the next morning and I thought, ‘My stomach actually feels a little hard.’ So, I did it two more times.
