There was a time when fans were convinced that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce were preparing to tie the knot On the singer’s expansive Rhode Island estate.
Now, it seems that may have been the case once upon a time – but those plans have changed.
According to a new report from tmzSwift and Kelce have canceled Rhode Island wedding plans scheduled for June 13.


Swift’s Watch Hill mansion has been at the center of wedding rumors for months, with fans and media outlets closely monitoring the property for signs of the celebration.
Earlier this month, Rhode Island officials also attempted to curb speculation.
Westerly Police Chief Paul Gingerella told TMZ that local officers were not involved in any wedding planning involving Swift and Kelsey, a notable detail given the extensive security arrangements that would likely accompany such a large event.
In recent days, guests were reportedly seen gathering at Swift’s Rhode Island home, leading many to believe that a wedding-related event was imminent.
Videos and photos circulating online show increased activity at the property, including security measures.
But according to the latest report from TMZ, the Rhode Island festivities are no longer happening.
The intel comes courtesy of an RI fireworks company that was hired to provide pyrotechnics for the ceremony — until their contract was suddenly canceled.
Now, it looks like the reception — but not the ceremony — will take place at New York’s Madison Square Garden on July 3.
And as TMZ points out, usually when the ceremony and reception are separate, the wedding happens first.
And since Tay and Travis were originally planning a June 13 wedding, there’s a good chance they’ve already gotten married. yes, taylor may already be Mrs. Swift-Kelsey.
As we have mentioned earlier, rumors regarding marriage have reached their peak.
Various outlets have suggested that guests were required to sign strict non-disclosure agreements, while others have claimed that the couple deliberately spread misinformation in an effort to keep their real plans private.
Given the level of attention surrounding the relationship, it’s easy to understand why.
Swift and Kelsey got engaged in August 2025 after almost two years of dating, and their wedding is already becoming one of the most scrutinized celebrity events in recent memory.
As for why there’s so much activity at Rhode Island House this week, insiders say the people coming and going are mostly women. So it’s possible that Tay is hosting a bachelorette party before her big day.
